Over the course of a year, businesses typically purchase multiple pieces of equipment and vehicles. Get pre-approved credit lines to fund these purchases when they occur. It's as simple as ordering the equipment, providing us with the invoice and requesting closing documents.

Guidance Line

  • Assumes that you will be financing or leasing different types of equipment from different vendors within a 12-month period.
  • As funds are needed, either a Term Loan, Capital Lease or a Tax (True) Lease can be requested.
  • The line is non-revolving. Each funding request reduces the remaining availability of the guidance line by the amount of the request.
  • No payments are due unless the line is used.

Line of Credit

  • Assumes you will fund a single large purchase over time, by making down payments, deposits and progress payments to the equipment seller.
  • Interest is collected monthly on the amount of funds needed. 
  • Interest rate and repayment terms are established at the beginning when the credit line is established and remain fixed for the duration of the draw period and the permanent amortization.
  • The line of credit can be established for use as a Term Loan, Capital Lease or Tax (true) Lease.
  • The line of credit is non-revolving. Each funding request reduces the remaining availability of the line of credit by the amount of the request.
  • Summary reporting of line usage can be provided to you for your recordkeeping.
